A FULL SIZE SCULPTURE OF A CRASHED ZERO LITTLE BALSA WOOD PLANE LIKE WE USED TO PLAY WITH WHEN WE WERE KIDS

The Zero, this is the predecessor to the Spitfire. I wanted to make it look like it had been shot down by another plane - my Spitfire that is. It was constructed by laminating solid Macrocarpa, this is a different technique to what I used to make the Spitfire.

Crashed japanese zero balsa wood plane replica made of laminated macrocarpa 90mm by 45mm glued and screwed. 5m high/ wing span 4.9m long. Protected with a wood stain.
